Jingtang port of the State Development & Investment Corporation (SDIC) surged witnessed a coal loading hike last week. A total of 622,000 tonnes were loaded, averaging 88,900 tonnes per day. www.EnergyChinaForum.com The weekly loading jumped by 272,000 tonnes or 43.7% compared with one month earlier. A total of 650,000 tonnes of coal were railed to the port. An average of 92,800 tonnes in 1,160 railcars was unloaded. The daily coal railings stabilized.
When coal stocks dipped, the port was shut down because it was hit by strong wind. Then the stocks rebounded again to 1.8 million tonnes on March 8.
