St. Petersburg - Russia's Atomstroyexport and the Guangdong Province arm of China's state atomic energy corporation plan to sign a contract on the construction of the third and fourth units of the Tianwan nuclear power plant by the end of 2008, a senior Atomstroyexport official said at a press conference on Nov. 20.
