Dalian Commodity Exchange (DCE) is actively engaging in R&D to launch PVC, polyethylene Propylene (PP), and other new petrochemical futures as soon to improve its petrochemical futures system, said Mr. Liu Xingqiang, the president and CEO of DCE on International Synthetic Resin Conference 2008, which was hosted jointly by DCE, China Petroleum and Chemical Industry Association (CPCIA) in Hangzhou.
